OLIGHT PL-Mini 2 Valkyrie Tactical Light is a small rechargeable weaponlight with an adjustable rail that can be adjusted to any length, making it suitable for most handguns, even subcompacts. My Honest OLIGHT PL-Mini 2 Valkyrie Tactical Light Review

It’s been very hard to locate a light that would fit the Beretta APX Centurion’s rail. And, although I believe this is possibly the most underappreciated rifle on the market today, and certainly one that provides a lot of value… Beretta made a significant mistake by failing to assure compatibility with frequently used weapon lights currently on the market.

Having stated that, Olight’s inventiveness has resulted in a high-quality weapons light that will really fit the APX. While I have not personally tried any subcompact or “short” rail pistols, I am certain that the PL-Mini 2 would function with them as well. It’s actually that adaptable… As long as your handgun has a rail to which the top half of the light can be attached, the bottom section may be attached wherever… from all the way to the “left” to all the way to the “right”… And it will still be locked in place.

The OLIGHT PL-Mini 2  light itself has a throw of 600 lumens, which is more than suitable for weapon use. It also doesn’t produce much splash back inside, which is a major problem with some of the newer 1000 and 1200 lumen weapon lights. So far, I’ve fired 500 rounds with this light on my APX, and it’s functioning as well as ever. I have the standard PL-2 Valkyrie on a Glock 22, and I’ve shot at least 2000 rounds through it with the light connected. And, despite the fact that it becomes exceedingly dusty (which is hardly the fault of the lights), it keeps running like a champ. And I completely anticipate that this light will do the same.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with OLIGHT PL-Mini 2, and I wholeheartedly suggest them to others. They are reasonably priced, and their lights are quite durable. They are unquestionably among the top tier of WML. And, in my opinion, they provide the best bang for your buck. If you’re thinking about getting this light, I doubt you’ll be dissatisfied!
