My Honest Review on WiMiUS P18 Projector
I sort of shocked my wife with this to launch movie nights with our family to make a bigger deal about classic movies. Her first reaction was wow in a cynical way, but she enjoyed it after it was sunk in. What I initially intended to be just a few minutes of demo ended up being a couple of hours sleeping on the sofa watching HGTV lol.
Brightness wise, this thing is huge, no concerns at all. The keystone was a little rough to get dialed because it was a manual (something I’ve never done before) but after hitting the sweet spot, it all looked amazing.
Music, This was something I’ve never used on a projector before, and I’ve already been intending to order a cheap sound bar, but the front speakers on this projector are actually suited to my needs in my living room. This wouldn’t fit for outdoors, but in a regular sitting for special usage, they’re loud enough and not blurred (my wife even said to turn it down).
Overall, I’m very happy with the setup, and my boys are going to go nuts when we see our first movie and the WiMiUS P18 projector takes up the whole wall, pretty sure it’s bigger than the suggested one, so go large or go home right?
