My Honest LG 32UN880-B UltraFine Monitor Review
Because I required a third monitor for my desk, I decided to go big while working from home. $700 is a fantastic price for a monitor bigger than 31 inches, and it dwarfs my old LG 27-inch 5k display. The supplied monitor arm is exceptionally well designed: secure, simple to build, and with lots of movement.
The display on LG 32UN880-B monitor appears best in its natural 4K resolution or in a sharp “Retina” 1080p. When I tried “scaled to 1440p,” it became slightly blurry, as it does on all 4k displays.Like most current displays, it immediately supports Apple’s Night Shift function. If you play video games on a regular basis, this monitor’s 5 ms refresh rate is ideal. If gaming is your main goal, 1440p displays with 1ms refresh rates might be a better fit. In terms of monitor brightness, 350 nits is ideal for indoor use. If your monitor will be directly exposed to sunlight, you should go for one with 400 nits or higher.
