I wanted a new PC and did a lot of research, starting with ten and working my way down to five that I was tossing about, one of which was CyberPowerPC, but I had to wait over a month to acquire it, and I’m impatient and don’t enjoy waiting. So I bookmarked my five PCs from different sources and checked on them throughout the day, and on April 8th, Amazon stated they had one in stock, so I pounced on it since I loved the notion of two storage spaces (1 240 GB SSD and 1 TB HD), so I jumped on it.

Things appeared. I was excited but nervous at first because I jumped right into the book and it talked about gluing and all that, but then I realized that the book was the one that came with all the motherboards and that this should be a fully assembled tower and it was. I got things hooked up. I got all my usual stuff installed.

The lights on cyberpowerpc gamer master desktop computer are wonderful; they add another level of spectacular to the computer itself, and when the lights are turned out, it seems to be a party because of how much the lights flash.

When it comes to the computer, I’m not a gamer by any means; at best, I play Sims and SimCity, not to mention text-based sports games, which are light on the system, but I also do video editing, which this machine appears to breeze through without breaking a sweat. Every job I’ve given it so far has easily swallowed it up and spat it out. I’ve maintained a tight check on the heat of everything and it seldom moves. It’s got three fans that glow and they’re all always running, maintaining everything at an ideal temperature. Thus far, I’ve been really satisfied with the buy.

I thought it amusing that they included a CD with some drivers in the ziplock bag that came with it, despite the fact that the CyberPowerPC Gamer Master GMA888A5 computer itself does not have a CD or DVD drive. However, for those who are concerned because they believe they have overlooked something, The CD they sent you merely had a piece of hardware that was installed, as they were simply providing you with everything that came with the device. Because all drivers, such as Nvidia, ATI, and Intel, may be obtained directly from the maker of the equipment being installed.
