1 year warranty shall include all flaws in the workmanship or defects in the original pieces for a period of 1 year from the date of receipt. Does not compensate harm caused by mistake, alteration, overclocking, misuse or any damage performed after delivery of the piece. Any apps and viruses inserted on Alarco Gaming PC are not protected. If the problem is protected by the warranty, the purchaser pays to send the machine back to us for maintenance and return shipping costs to ship it back to the purchaser, we will bear the cost of repairs, spare parts and labour.
Return Policy: If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can send the item and receive a full refund or swap the item for another product, whether identical or not, within 30 days of purchase. Any item you return should be in the same state as the product you bought, and the original computer box with the safety foams must be in the original packaging. We deliver our Alarco Gaming computers with double boxes, and we plan to have the returned item the same exact way to prevent shipping harm. A refund charge of up to 20% can be applied if the object is returned in bad physical condition , in a broken package or not in the same state as that delivered to the purchaser.
