My Honest Utaxo UT-BH003 Review
This earphone is solid, and the features out weighted the price. For over a year, I have owned Bose QC35. However the QC35 earcup foams crack too quickly. I’ve only removed two foams ($40 each) in the last 6 months. This helped me search for another earphone that could withstand everyday use.
Apart from rates, there are certain parallels and variations as comparison to QC35.
Noise Cancellation: still the master of the ANC. There is no way, though to absolutely block the background noise from any headset. I noticed that Utaxo’s ANC was on par with Bose while traveling in the loud metro. I have to listen really carefully to tell you the distinctions. I don’t believe the disparity is worth the $200 additional price difference to get the QC35 if you’re going to get one.
Design: Bose is the winner of this group. QC35 can be folded to about half the size for fast packing. Utaxo can’t do it.
Also the QC35 earcup is long, oval in form. Utaxo is a spherical circle. I find that QC35 suits my wide ears better than Utaxo protects any of my ear lips. If you’re intending to wear it for a long time, this might be a topic of concern.
Battery: Utaxo UT-BH003 is obviously leading this round. 30 hours outperform the 20 hours of QC35. They both have a fast charge as well.
Accessories: Since this earphone is bought specifically for wireless listening, Utaxo offers a longer cord for charging or wired communication.
Overall, if you haven’t invested money on Bose QC35, I would suggest Utaxo UT-BH003 headphones based on the price/features included. You’re going to save about $200 and have much of the functions on par with the QC35.
