Acer KB272HL Hbi Monitor Review with Specs
My Honest HP X24ih Review
With the forthcoming launches of the PS5 and Xbox Series X, there is a strong possibility that you who read this would require a new display to support your new console. I think you’ve come to the right location. The HP X24ih is equipped to assist next generation consoles with 144Hz reset capabilities and has built-in AMD’s FreeSync Premium. Although I haven’t been able to thoroughly evaluate the high frame rate that this monitor will accommodate (I’m actually playing on an Xbox One S and I don’t have access to a higher refresh rate PC), I’m going to update my review sometime in the week (assuming my Series X arrives on time) so check back then!
As far as the gaming on the Xbox One is concerned, I can tell that the image is still really simple at 1080p. The HP X24ih gaming monitor comes with a response time of 1ms which is as strong as it is for gaming. The refresh rate that I’m actually able to reach (60fps) is always fantastic. The Xbox One S currently has the ability to reload at 120fps, but there are essentially no games on the new Xbox gene that accept anything higher than 60fps. That being said the way this display treated my new console gives me the absolute faith that it will be able to truly accept the refresh speeds of the next gene consoles.
With the gaming part covered (or more covered as far as I can at the moment), I’m also going to touch on utilizing the HP X24ih for other aspects in my life. I used this display for work on a regular basis. I plug the display to my laptop via HDMI and use the second screen to do my job while having my Zoom calls visible on my laptop. The photo looks fantastic, and the actual structure of the monitor leads me to assume that it will last for years to come. The stand is fairly durable and big, so I’m not afraid of unintentionally flipping it over if I knock it.
All and all, I love the monitor. Job, education, games, all these will help. The price of HP X24ih gaming monitor is quite competitive and I can’t wait to see the true value of this display until the new generation of consoles are finally here. Before then, I’ll continue to use this great display for my everyday work and gaming sessions.
