My Honest HP 14-DK000 Laptop Review

My children, like the majority of other children, are now homeschooled. I did not wish to acquire one of the few chromebooks provided by the school since I think others may have a greater need for them. I attempted to utilize all of the laptops, iPads, and other devices that we already had, but it did not function properly. As a result, I bought this laptop for my 9-year-old fourth-grader since it meets all of her requirements, is reasonably priced, and is robust enough for a 9-year-old to manage.

I got HP 14-DK000 Laptop in excellent condition, well-protected by foam. The laptop and power supply were included in the deal. The laptop battery had already been completely charged, which was convenient. It took around 20 minutes to set up (as anticipated), but it was simple. I already had MS accounts set up for my kid, so it was a piece of cake.

The installed version of Windows is not Windows 10. It stands for Windows in Simplified Chinese. However, updating to Windows 10 is a straightforward process that requires a reboot (which is what I have done). The keyboard is large enough that you won’t need a second (external) keyboard. The mouse pad is responsive and equipped with two clicking pads for left and right clicks.

There are many USB ports, HDMI connections, and other features. The battery easily lasts 4 hours (37 percent left after 4 hours – not using maximum brightness in the screen). The camera has a high enough resolution to be used with Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

I would not use HP 14-DK000 Laptop laptop professionally, but it is ideal for a small child doing schoolwork or playing Roblox.
